Eat breakfast every day.  The most important meal of the day is breakfast.  However, this is also a boring meal.  You don't have a lot of choices if your trying to diet and lose weight.  If losing pounds of fat is your goal, eating the proper carbs at breakfast is imperative to getting your insulin rhythm correct.  Eating high glycemic foods will not help you attain this.  Bananas are high glycemic, as are most cereals.  If you want to lose weigh, choose a low carb oatmeal.  If you want fruit, only a fresh orange or grapefruit **.  Sausage and eggs are ok, but bread is not.
